Cancellation Policy:
All session have a 24 hour cancellation/change policy. Full charge for no-show or less than 24-hrs notice. Any session cancellations received after the cancellation deadline will not be refunded.

Checking in:
For safety purposes new member MUST check in 10 mins before sesssion start for a proper orientation to the equipment. New member will NOT be let in if LATE and will be marked as missed.
