

GROUP CLASS
REFORMER
- The course are offered at three levels, all utilizing the Reformer equipment with different props such as sitting boxes and inflatable ball to assist in the exercise. The springs on the equipment can be combined to create different levels of assistance and contraction resistance, effectively strengthening the core muscle groups while providing additional stability to the lower back and legs, helping alleviate common muscle aches and pains.
- Reformer is an ideal introductory tool for Pilates, allowing for a range of muscle strength training exercises from basic to advanced, making it suitable for individuals of any fitness level. It is particularly beneficial for those experiencing shoulder stiffness, tightness in the chest, and neck discomfort.

STUDIO PILATES
- Instructors tailor the session to individual needs by utilizing all available Pilates equipment in the studio, including Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Chair, Spine Corrector and Mat. This allows for effective adjustments to various training combinations that address the specific needs of each participant. The training process leverages different forces from the equipment to activate muscles across multiple planes, incorporating various positions and movements that specifically target and improve any muscular imbalances in the body, enhancing strength and stability.
- With the variety of equipment used, the training content is personalized, making it suitable for anyone with specific fitness goals, including those with special needs, injuries, or pregnant individuals.

- The class is offered at two different levels and incorporates professional 𝐆𝐘𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐍𝐈𝐂® equipment featuring a unique weighted pulley system, which provides smooth and consistent support and resistance for the body. This method utilizes a spiral movement pattern to engage all body joints. There is a special emphasis on enhancing spinal mobility and joint stability, helping to improve muscle strength and overall coordination.
- The training focuses on stretching compressed muscles and joints, making it particularly beneficial for individuals experiencing shoulder stiffness, tightness in the chest, neck discomfort, or lower back issues related to hip joint rigidity. This class is suitable for anyone with these concerns.

𝐆𝐘𝐑𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐒®
- Using specialized 𝐆𝐘𝐑𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐒® chairs and mats, participants engage in movements such as forward bends, back extensions, side bends, and twists to enhance spinal mobility and core strength. The training is accompanied by a lively rhythmic pace, promoting health while also helping to balance the mind and body.
- The 𝐆𝐘𝐑𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐒® class emphasizes relaxation and improving flexibility in the muscles and joints, making it suitable for individuals of all ages.

* All the equipment we use is top-of-the-line, including Balanced Body from the USA and original GYROTONIC® equipment. High-quality equipment not only greatly enhances the effectiveness of your training but also ensures safety during your workout, allowing you to focus on your training and enjoy the benefits that exercise brings to both body and mind.
** All our Pilates and GYROTONIC® instructors have completed professional training and hold internationally recognized certification.

Membership

All Memberships cannot be shared.

Unused memberships can be fully refunded within 7 days from the date of purchase, if you use the membership within 7 days of purchase and wish to cancel, you must submit a written application to us. The used membership will be deducted based on the following rates: Mop350 per credit for group class. After 7 days from purchase, memberships cannot be refunded.

A 5% refund fee of the membership package amount will apply to all cancellations, and membership will be terminated after refund.

Sessions remaining will not be rolled over once membership expires.
Cancellation Policy

Both Group and Private session cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.

Bookings can be made and cancelled via the Mindbody App or by phone during business hours. Bookings and cancellations are not accepted via social media.

In the event of no-show or late cancellation, credit/credits will be deducted from your membership account.

Pilates House Macau Assoc. reserves the right to change the class type and instructors of the class.

Group sessions will be cancelled 2 hours prior to commencement if there are no sign-ups.

All sessions will be cancelled 2 hours before Tropical Cyclone Signal No.8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted. Credit/credits will be returned to members.

All sessions will resume 3 hours after Tropical Cyclone Signal No.8 is replaced by Signal No.3, and 1 hour after Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is cancelled. Late cancellation policy applies in both cases.

Attendance

Your safety is our top priority. Please inform us of any medical conditions, including pre/postnatal, injuries, or other physical conditions. Consult your doctor before signing up for sessions. Instructors may advise attending a more suitable session if needed. Please rest if you're unwell.

We recommend attending at least 5 Reformer Base sessions before advanced sessions.
Booking

Group session bookings can be made up to 14 days in advance and 5 minutes before the session.

No bookings will be accepted within 5 minutes before commencement.
Attire

Non-slip socks are required for all session type.

Please wear form-fitting attire.
Waitlist

You can join the waitlist for full sessions. Mindbody will automatically add you to the session if a spot opens up up to 6 hours before it starts. You will be notified. If you can't attend, cancel at least 6 hours before or notify us.
Punctual

To ensure the health and safety of members, please DO NOT be late and attend sessions on time. Please note that missing the important warm-up part of the course may increase the risk of injury. If any unexpected situation occurs, Macau Pilates House Association will not be held responsible.
